Refund policy

Prepaid services and packages are NOT REFUNDABLE and can be used towards other services only. Scheduling for prepaid services is subject to location and provider availability. Appointments have to be confirmed by our staff. Prepaid services have to be scheduled within 1 YEAR of purchase date.

Unopened products in the original packaging can be returned for a refund for 30 days excluding shipping costs. GIFT CARDS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
